Advanced instrumentation and streamlined bioinformatics to identify and quantify proteins, and to detect biomolecular changes in health and disease

The Proteomics Platform is a fully equipped state-of-the-art proteomics lab designed to support researchers and clinicians who wish to identify, characterize and quantify proteins or other macromolecules from cells, tissues or biological fluids. Our labs contain a variety of nanoflow liquid chromatography systems and mass spectrometers, a dedicated clean room for sample preparation and a full suite of informatics tools to help clients derive meaningful answers from their data. Our staff have extensive experience in sample preparation, analytical workflows and bioinformatics data mining and visualization.
