Research Focus
My research focuses on the impacts of sex and gonadal hormones on the neurovascular control of blood pressure and overall cardiovascular health. My lab uses an integrative physiology approach to study these mechanisms and outcomes across a range of ages and populations, including in young healthy individuals and in people who experience perturbations to their gonadal hormone milieu (e.g., polycystic ovary syndrome, postmenopause).
