Topic: Assessment of design operating characteristics in Bayesian adaptive trials
Bayesian adaptive trials have gained popularity in the recent years as flexible alternatives to conventional randomized clinical trial designs. In this talk, I provide a brief overview of Bayesian adaptive designs for clinical trials and present a set of methods for efficient estimation and uncertainty quantification for the operating characteristics of these designs.
