WHAT: Greet and Connect for Trainees

WHEN: Monday, September 23

TIME: 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

WHERE: In the RI-MUHC Atrium at the Glen site.

Stakeholders from the RI-MUHC as well as McGill University will be there to give you the opportunity to exchange with them. Although this is an invitation for the day, we hope that you can all attend the schedule below as the McGill Graduate Program Directors will be on site to engage with you along with the McGill Student Wellness Hub. The RI-MUHC Research Programs and Centres and some administrative divisions will be on-site as well.

9:30 a.m.: Start of event

10 a.m. to 12 p.m.: Come and meet with RI-MUHC Research Programs and Centres’ Leadership and Graduate Program Directors and Student Wellness Hub

11:00 a.m. to 11:25 a.m.: The RI-MUHC EDI Awards for Academic Excellence Ceremony

12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.: Booth visits

Each program and division will have their own booth to allow you to consult all the services provided to you.

Beneva will also be present to share with you the latest benefits offered to all members of the RI-MUHC.
