4th Annual Training Workshop in Protein Chemistry and Mass Spectrometry

Where: McGill University Department of Biochemistry

When: August 21-25, 2017

The workshop will provide practical training in a small group environment

Training will include:
Protein in-gel, on-bead and in-solution digestion, BioID sample preparation, IP sample preparation, Peptide digest clean-up (detergent removal, Coomassie removal), Phosphopeptide enrichment (TiO2) and analysis, “Deep Proteomics” strategies, Bioinformatics of complex mass spectrometry data.

Mass spectrometry and LC-MS training:
QTOF (nano-LC-MSMS), Orbitrap (Q-E HF nano-LC-MSMS)

Fee: $500
