Ranked first of 626 in the CIHR postdoctoral competition, in 2020 Claire Gizowski will be forging ahead with a prestigious international fellowship instead. The Human Frontier Science Program (HFSP) funds frontier, potentially transformative research addressing an important problem or barrier to progress in a life sciences field. Her project aims to better define the mechanisms by which the brain measures internal body temperature. Congratulations, Claire!
