The Desjardins Centre for Advanced Training (DCAT) aims to support RI-MUHC trainees in their career development through the creation of in-house workshops and seminars, and by encouraging trainees to develop skills by participating in existing programs.

The Skillsets program at McGill University offers many resources to develop career, research, and life skills in nine different areas. DCAT offers RI-MUHC trainees the opportunity to gain basic business skills through the Graduate Certificate in Business Administration. This program is offered as part of a unique partnership with the John Molson School of Business.

DCAT holds regular seminars on the intersection between administration and research; which are advertized on our events calendar .
