Research Programs

Our multidisciplinary research environment leverages discovery to improve human health across the lifespan.

Challenging the boundaries of pediatric and adult medicine, scientists at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) are on the front lines of health research with a direct impact on patient populations. Our eight research programs are multidisciplinary, bringing together investigators across the three pillars of basic, evaluative and clinical research. Each program is tailored to optimize existing research strengths and to create new synergies among research teams, maximizing opportunities for collaboration and discovery in health research across the lifespan.
