Research Focus
My research focuses on identifying and studying cell types across the central nervous system that regulate feeding behaviour or energy expenditures. Additionally, I develop new tools to facilitate the study of these cells. The ultimate goal of my research is to better understand how the brain regulates energy balance and how to leverage this information to treat diseases such as obesity.
