Research across our sites
Glen Site: Built in 2015, the RI-MUHC at the Glen site emphasizes the importance of translational research by grouping laboratory, clinical and evaluative research in close proximity. Research activities are housed in the Centre for Innovative Medicine (CIM, clinical research) and the Centre for Translational Biology (CTB, fundamental or pre-clinical research).
5252 de Maisonneuve: Adjacent to the Glen site, 5252 de Maisonneuve Blvd. W. houses the Centre for Outcomes Research and Evaluation (CORE), where researchers focus on epidemiologic, biostatistical and health services research.
Montreal General Hospital: Redevelopment at the Montreal General Hospital allows the RI-MUHC to provide modern research facilities for CTB researchers in the Brain Repair and Integrative Neurosciences Program, Injury Repair Recovery Program and Cardiovascular Health Across the Lifespan Program, and provides research space for the Centre for Innovative Medicine, the Centre for Outcomes Research and Evaluation (CORE), and the Clinical Innovation Platform (CLIP).
