Research Focus

My research focuses on investigating the role of compromised oral health in major health diseases, including colorectal cancer. I also have a particular interest in comparative effectiveness studies based on real-world data and pragmatic trials assessing the effectiveness of surgical and prosthodontic rehabilitation techniques in enhancing both clinical and patient-centred outcomes of patients diagnosed with oral and maxillofacial cancers.
