As research trainees, you take on a crucial role in creating better health outcomes.
Every day, your work advances our understanding of disease and impacts the diagnosis and care of patients. You are first authors of influential studies, valued members of research teams and winners of prestigious awards in your own right. The section devoted to trainee accomplishments is a highlight of the RI-MUHC Annual Report, with good reason!
“Our trainees are a key element of our scientific productivity and innovation, and we are honoured to play a role in preparing them to be the future generation of researchers and innovators,” says Dr. Rhian Touyz , Executive Director and Chief Scientific Officer of the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC).
