Research Focus

My research focuses on (i) neonatal cerebral physiology and protection—leveraging bedside ultrasound and near‑infrared spectroscopy to elucidate perfusion changes in infants with congenital heart disease, (ii) nociception and postoperative pain assessment in non‑verbal children, and (iii) extended reality applications for education and clinical care.
