The IMAGE1 S CONNECT module functions as the "brain" of the KARL STORZ IMAGE1 S Adaptable Video Architecture. LINK modules function with the CONNECT, allowing connection of up to three LINK modules using LINK ports based on function preferences and capabilities. These include the H3-LINK module for use with 3-chip camera heads by connecting with the scope’s eyepiece to function similarly to the surgeon’s looking at the surgical field.
