Research Focus
My current research focuses on collaborative care in mental health for youth in remote indigenous settings as well as in urban settings with diverse cultural and socio-economic perspectives. I favour participatory research. As a clinician and researcher, my research program closely relates to my clinical work, building on integrated models of care on the front line, both in multicultural and indigenous settings. With partners in Nunavik, my research team is developing a community practice in mental health and well-being for young people.
