Topic: Dissecting the contractual work required for Investigator Initiated Multicenter Collaborations: Best Practices
Caroline Pereira and Marie-Luce Fortier from the Contracts Office will clarify the different contractual steps that are needed when an investigator and study team want to start an investigator-initiated trial with participating sites. They will talk about the insurance requirement, the different agreement structures and different scenarios that can come up.
