null The Centre for Outcomes Research and Evaluation’s third Annual Research Day was a success!

Source: RI-MUHC. On May 14 the Centre for Outcomes Research and Evaluation (CORE) of the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) welcomed its members to their third Annual Research Day, entirely organized by the CORE assistants and led by Dominique J. Favreau, PhD.

The research day aimed to provide an opportunity for CORE-affiliated trainees from all eight RI-MUHC programs to share their work and discoveries. Again this year, many synergies were created among the 130 attendees, including trainees, principal investigators and invited speakers.

The guest speakers were:

  • Dr. Alan J. Forster, Vice President, Innovation and Quality, the Ottawa Hospital
  • Dr. Rita Redberg, Editor of JAMA Internal Medicine
  • Dr. Ronald L. Wasserstein, Executive Director of the American Statistical Association.
