The ImageStream X Mark II imaging flow cytometer combines the statistical power and fluorescence sensitivity of flow cytometry with the spatial resolution and quantitative morphology of microscopy in a single instrument.

The microscopic images obtained with this cytometer provide qualitative and quantitative image data of every event acquired in flow. Applications for this technology include: cell signaling, cell cycle and mitosis, internalization, co-localization, cell-cell interaction, morphology, cell death and autophagy, DNA damage and repair, spot counting.

If you are interested in this service, please contact the platform for more information. Once trained, users can analyze samples on their own. The platform staff can also analyze your samples. Kindly refer to the attached document for fees and instrument configuration.
