Topic: The investigation of dual-antiplatelet therapies in patients with Acute Coronary Syndromes

Dual antiplatelet therapy has been a mainstay in the treatment of an acute coronary syndrome. Multiple antiplatelet therapy options exist but do we know which option is superior? In this talk, I will discuss the available antiplatelet treatments, what the guidelines recommend, and the potential limitations of those guidelines. I will then outline how my thesis research aims to address these limitations.
