The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) joins the commemoration of the Pride month, an opportunity to understand the realities of LGBTQIA2S+ community members, their challenges and ways to make sustainable their accomplishments.
This one-hour webinar aims to show the contribution of members of these communities to different perspectives on research, genders and diversity; to discuss how to overcome the systemic barriers (stereotypes, forms of discrimination, bias, mental health issues, etc.) they face in research environments; and to envision concrete actions applicable to our institutional and disciplinary contexts.
