Access to the Immunophenotyping Platform is managed via the web-based iLab Solution's Core Facility Management software. Investigators must sign up for an iLab account to request core services or to schedule equipment or training.

Click here to access our iLab website.

Flow cytometry and imaging flow cytometry services are available with or without assistance. Training is mandatory prior to using the equipment without assistance.

Cell sorters are operated by platform staff only. Please contact the platform at least two weeks before the planned sort date in order to schedule time on the instrument.

The cost of services and equipment usage will vary according to specific study requirements. Click here for the Platform pricing list.

Data analysis
Platform users have access to a computer for analysis. This computer is equipped with FlowJo, a well-known data analysis program. A one-hour training course on this program is available.

Flow cytometry in the Containment Level 3 (CL3) Platform
Satellite flow cytometry instruments are available in each pod of the CL3 facility. For more information, please contact the platformYou must also contact the CL3 Platform to get access to this facilty.
