Research Focus

My research applies the Precaution Adoption Process Model measures and interventions to health behaviours, including HPV vaccine decision-making, COVID-19 vaccine decision making, cervical cancer screening, and sexual and reproductive health and cancer prevention behaviours. My main areas of interest include research methodology and measurement (scale development), health promotion and cancer/disease prevention, and sexual and reproductive health interventions (digital health) using mixed methods research (quantitative and qualitative approaches). This work aims for impact at the intersection of health, education and public health policy.
