Learn tools to feel better!

In part one, Dr. Deborah Da Costa, Ph.D., Nadia Deville and Monica Vaillancourt will provide an overview of key stressors and typical responses to stress. In this workshop, we will discuss proven approaches to routinely practice to preserve your mental health and better regulate your stress response.

In part two, Guen Kelsang Chogyan, resident teacher at the Montreal Kadampa Meditation Centre will guide a meditation session, will explain its benefits for mental health and wellbeing, and will explain how to integrate meditation in our daily life.
