« Bayesian adaptive trials have gained popularity in the recent years as flexible alternatives to conventional randomized clinical trial designs. In this talk, I provide a brief overview of Bayesian adaptive designs for clinical trials and present a set of methods for efficient estimation and uncertainty quantification for the operating characteristics of these designs. »
