The Brain Repair and Integrative Neuroscience (BRaIN) program brings together fundamental and clinical neuroscientists (129 scientists and over 300 trainees). Researchers at the Centre for Translational Biology (CTB) perform basic research on neurodevelopment, brain function and plasticity, but also on the visual system, behaviour and neurological/neurodegenerative diseases. Investigators from the Centre for Innovative Medicine (CIM) and the Centre for Outcomes Research and Evaluation (CORE) perform clinical studies and epidemiological research on aging, neurological disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, and mental disorders. Researchers are located at the Montreal General Hospital, the MUHC Glen site, Allan Memorial Institute, Ludmer Building, and the Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI).
