Our researchers will lead three new thematic networks whose funding was announced this week

The Fonds de recherche du Québec – Santé (FRQS) recently announced the results of the thematic research networks competition (2024-2032), which was launched in July 2022.
Fifteen thematic networks will benefit from a total annual amount of $11.5 million granted by the FRQS in partnership with the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS).
Four researchers from the RI-MUHC are part of the leadership teams for three of these 15 networks.
Quebec Network for Rare Diseases
Leaders : Donald Vinh (McGill University, RI-MUHC), Nicolas Pilon (Université du Québec à Montréal), Philippe Campeau (Université de Montréal) and Geneviève Bernard (McGill University, RI-MUHC)
Digital health network
Leaders : Sara Ahmed (McGill University, RI-MUHC), Philippe Després (Université Laval), Aude Motulsky (Université de Montréal), Bouchra Nasri (Université de Montréal) and Martin Vallières (Université de Sherbrooke)
Network to transform autism care
Leaders : Mayada Elsabbagh (McGill University, Neuro, RI-MUHC) and Mélanie Couture (Université de Sherbrooke)
The FRQS relies on thematic networks to provide leadership for the Quebec scientific community and create greater cohesion around targeted themes.
