Computational medicine core to enhance research and clinical applications in genomics


The goal of the Bioinformatics Platform is to accelerate genomics research and its applications in clinical practice, and to respond to local needs in research, health services and industry arising from the ongoing genomic revolution.

Our mission is to develop the bioinformatics and computational biology (B/CB) capacities at the RI-MUHC to ensure that researchers, and ultimately patients, derive maximum benefits from genomic data.
